Back to back sessions in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, mental health and so much more. Healing sound baths from our own in-house sound healer, Drew, plus workshops by world renowned soundscape artists 'Didgeridreams'. This is Wokingham's wellbeing festival - wellbeing and healing for the whole family!
