A Passion for Wellbeing, Rooted in Experience

A former Athlete on the British Squad, I founded Bee's Journey Wellness to bring a unique blend of sports expertise and a deep understanding of health and wellbeing.

The inspiration behind Bee's Journey Wellness lies in a deeply personal experience. My journey began when my mother, affectionately known as 'Bee,' was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Fuelled by an unwavering determination to provide Bee with the comprehensive support and healthcare she deserved, I embarked on a transformative path in the wellness domain. Complementing conventional medical approaches, I dedicated myself to retraining in this field. My goal was clear: to minimise the impact of cancer and its treatments, allowing Bee to find comfort and tranquillity throughout her journey - now I bring the same level of warmth and care to each and every client.

• Compassionate Expertise: I am your warm and knowledgeable companion, armed with both personal experience and professional training to guide you. Bee's journey sets the standard for being conscientious and thorough while remaining sensitive and caring.

• Tailored Care: Experience Wellness Empowerment coaching designed to address individual needs, to address pain and emotional tolerance - using -mindfulness techniques along side special techniques developed from my own experiences to help cope with chronic illness and improve overall quality of life.

• Therapeutic Movement: focusing on optimising movement, utilising a number of disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates movements, dance, Ballet and Strength training to facilitate postural improvement, pain management, range of motion, weight concerns, and stress alleviation.

• Hands-On Healing: Elevate your wellness with hands-on therapies including massage, sports treatments, and reflexology.
